Specifications
La Bodega Apartments are being constructed by highly reputable local builder Cele Fernandes Construction SL on behalf of British developers, Troy Developments SL. Each apartment will be covered by a 10 Year Building Insurance Guarantee and a Management Committee will be formed to maintain the exterior of the property and the communal areas.
Quality fixtures and fittings will be used throughout the building. All windows and french doors will be double-glazed and each apartment will be pre-installed for air conditioning. White sanitary ware will be standard with a choice of wall and floor tiles available, subject to build stage at reservation.
Fitted kitchen units are not included as standard, however quotes can be obtained by separate negotiation.
Each apartment will be allocated a secure storage room in the basement. The panoramic roof terrace and internal courtyard area will be for communal enjoyment and relaxation.
